Clear answers before your visit
Practical information about appointments, clinic services and preparing for your child’s consultation.
What ages does Dr Ansar see?
Pediatric consultations are available for newborns, infants, children and adolescents from birth to 18 years.
Do we need an appointment?
No. You may reserve a fixed 15-minute time online, but walk-ins are also accepted during clinic hours, subject to the current queue.
What are the clinic timings?
Monday to Saturday: 11:00 AM–2:00 PM and 7:30 PM–11:00 PM. Please call before planning a Sunday visit.
What should we bring?
Bring previous prescriptions, current medicines, relevant test or scan reports, discharge summaries and the vaccination card when applicable.
Can we confirm vaccine availability?
Yes. Contact the clinic before visiting with the vaccine name or the child’s vaccination record so availability can be checked.
Is day care available for every sick child?
No. The pediatrician first examines the child and decides whether short-stay observation is suitable or whether hospital-level care is safer.
Can parents receive growth and nutrition guidance?
Yes. Bring previous weight or height records and a brief food history when available.
Which languages are available?
Consultations can be supported in English, Hindi, Urdu and Telugu.
Is this a 24-hour emergency service?
No. The clinic follows the displayed consultation hours. For a medical emergency, contact local emergency services or go to the nearest emergency department.
Can WhatsApp replace a consultation?
