When a visitor books online, the website collects the parent or guardian name, mobile number, child's age, and selected appointment date and time. The form does not ask for symptoms, diagnoses, or other medical information.

How appointment details are used

Appointment details are used only to confirm and manage the clinic visit, prevent double booking, and help clinic staff contact the parent if a scheduling issue occurs. Access to the staff appointment list is limited to the clinic owner account.

Retention

Appointment records are automatically deleted after 90 days. Parents may call the clinic to request help with a booking.

Measurement

If analytics or Google Ads measurement is enabled, the site may record non-medical interaction events such as a click on the call, WhatsApp, directions, or appointment button. These events must not include names, mobile numbers, child ages, symptoms, diagnoses, or message contents.

External services

WhatsApp and Google Maps are external services with their own privacy practices. Opening those links takes visitors to the relevant service.
